Return & Exchange Policy
@ The Universal Kloset we offer a 14-day return policy for all of the online orders. This means that any item(s) that were purchased online must be returned within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and box.
